We also provide a knowledge base and ticket system so that you can easily find the information you are looking for. If you can't find it, that's ok! Just turn in a support ticket and we will respond with specific answers to your questions and in a lot of cases, even a custom video showing you step by step exactly how to accomplish what you are looking to do.
Online Video Tutorials
While you are logged in to your website control panel, you will have access to our online video tutorials. Each video shows you how to do a specific task and you can watch the videos while you are making changes to your website, pausing the video to do the action you just learned or you can watch the video all the way through, its your choice.
Once you become a client of Insurance Web Designs and your website has launched. We will schedule a web based training for you and your staff to teach you some of the basics for maintaining your website. Adding pages, deleting pages, modifying pages, add email accounts, add links, add images, etc... will all be covered in the training.
