The Process... In A Nutshell

  1. Once you signup, you will receive an email from us with a link to our onboarding kit. It's a simple form that you complete online and submit it to us. (You'll also likely receive a little something special in the mail! But... Shhhhh!!! I'm not supposed to say anything about that!)
  2. We go out and aggregate your reviews and put together a report to send you that will act as our baseline.
  3. You will upload some very basic information so that we can get your ReviewLead dashboard all setup and ready to start the review funnel process with your current and past customers.
  4. Each month, we will send you a report so that we can review how things are going and make any necessary adjustments.
